Notes
- Although this version fixes some issues, there are still a few residual
issues that need to be fixed for Joomla 3.8.x

NOTE: To uninstall the Attachments extension properly, uninstall the
'Attachments Package' which will uninstall the Attachments
component and all related plugins.
